Roles & Responsibilities - Production monitoring and support

• Help with overall success of the project, Including the time, cost, technical and performance parameters

• Managing the flow of project information between the team and the client, through the regular meetings and written communication

• Attend kick-off meeting, coordination meetings and weekly review meetings

• Ensure smooth communication between client and India team is established and scope and schedule are well understood

• Managing the change control process

• Quality check and quick changes in the model / shop drawings, etc.

• Taking a lead role in interfacing with the client and other stake holders, at all project stages

• Raise the flag if there are concerns, poor communication, Quality issues and delays

• Experienced in BIM coordination or MEP

• Hands-on knowledge of Revit and Navisworks

Key Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (Masters degree a plus).

• Experience: Minimum of 12 years working experience in structural engineering on projects similar to those listed in our firm summary.

• Project Management: Proven experience in a project management role, overseeing and evaluating the work of design engineers. Ability to provide effective correspondence with other project disciplines.

• Software Knowledge: Preferred but not required proficiency in RISA 3D, RISA Floor, Microsoft Excel, SAFE, ETABS, Bluebeam, Ram Structural Systems, and Enercalc.

• Team Collaboration: Ability to accept a high degree of responsibility in a team-based organization, coupled with the capability to work independently when required.

• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

• BIM Tools: Experience with BIM tools, especially REVIT structural, is highly desirable.

• Bachelor of Science degree in Structural or Civil Engineering, Master’s degree a plus.

• Minimum of 5 years working experience in structural engineering on similar projects as listed in firm summary.

• PE license preferred.

• Preferred computer program knowledge in RISA 3D, Microsoft Excel, SAFE, ETABS, Bluebeam, Ram Structural Systems and Enercalc.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based organization.

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

• Excellent verbal, written and decision making skills.

• Experience with BIM tools such as REVIT Structural, we only work in Revit.
